UFO-rphanage The UFO-rphanage was founded to make a home for all unwanted, no longer of interest, quilt related things. It was inspired by seeing so many fellow quilters asking what they could do with perfectly good 'cast-offs' so they did not have to feel guilty about not completing them. The UFO-rphanage takes these cast offs, finishes or re-makes them, then donates the finished items to community organizations. The woman who runs the UFO-rphanage can't afford to buy quilt fabric, so she gets her quilting "fix" by making and re-making others' UFOs.
