Quilt Show: 2009 vendor selection application

The Foothill Quilters Guild’s annual quilt show,
“Once Upon A Time,” will be held at the Gold Country Fairgrounds in Auburn on Saturday and Sunday,
April 4 and 5, 2009.

Our booth fees are $200 for a 10’x10’ single space, $400 for a 10’x20’ double space, and $600 for a 10’x30’ triple space (limited availability on triple spaces).  Single spaces come with one table and two chairs. Double spaces come with two tables and two chairs. Triple spaces come with three tables and three chairs. If you need more or fewer tables, or any other special accomodation, please specify on the application. Set up will be on Friday, April 3 from 10 am to 5 pm and Saturday, April 4 from 8 to 9:30 am. The show is open from 10 am to 4 pm on Saturday, April 4 and from 10 am to 3 pm on Sunday, April 5.

Please note:

  • We are requesting that each vendor provide one door prize.
  • Vendors will be provided with six $3 food coupons that may be applied toward any items sold at our café during our two-day show.
  • Cancellations will be accepted no later than January 10, 2009. After that date the fee is non-refundable.
  • Foothill Quilters Guild assumes no responsibility for any items damaged, lost or stolen while at the show. Items will not be covered by any Guild insurance…it is the vendor’s responsibility to have their own insurance coverage.
  • Incomplete applications will be disqualified.

In your application you must include a complete description of the items you plan to sell in your space and your current California Seller’s Permit Number (MANDATORY).

Photographs are very helpful to the committee in selecting your application; however, they are not required and will not be returned. Please keep in mind that there are members who may not be familiar with what you have to offer. The more information and pictures you provide, the easier it is for the selection committee to get excited about having you at our show.

Application deadline

If you are interested in being a vendor for our 2009 quilt show, please submit an application and a check (payable to Foothill Quilters Guild) by September 15, 2008 to: Maryann Mealhow (mailing address and contact information are on the application).

Email notification will by sent by November 1 of vendor selections. Your check will be returned by mail if we are unable to accommodate you.
